We always set up a free trial account first. In the free trial account you can run four children through the system to see what kind of progress is possible.

Training and support for your staff
Within your pilot trial account there will be a training system for any colleagues who will be helping the four children using the lessons. It is essential that this training is done, in order to get the best results. The core of it takes around 3 hours.
You and the pilot trial team will also get full and unlimited support from the team here. The closer we work together, the better the results you will see.
Pricing
If the free trial goes well, we have two payment options:
For Small Schools
Payment per individual child. There is a one-off setup fee when you join Easyread, and then a single per head cost for each learner, which does not need to be renewed annually.
Setup Fee – GB£500 (+vat), US$700, AUS$875, NZ$950
Per Child – GB£150 (+vat), US$210, AUS$275, NZ$285
For Large Schools
Unlimited access to the system.
Setup Fee – Free of charge
Annual Subscription – GB£2000 (+vat), US$2800, AUS$3500, NZ$3700, CAD$3680
First Year Pro-Rata
The subscription runs Sept-Aug and in the first year we will only charge you pro rata from the month you signed up to the end of the payment year.
