We are keeping up with the lessons and are due to hit lesson 100 on Tuesday. Eli’s reading is doing quite well. She is reading fairly fluently from books with not too many gaps and virtually no sounding out of words letter by letter. We really feel she is progressing as does our friend who spends an hour with her after school each week. Her spelling has improved (we see the vowels and patterns like “ight”, “ou” etc coming into use. Her reading is definitely better .
Motivation is good too. She receives a DVD of her fave horsey soap every 50 lessons which helps!
