Isabelle is now sounding the words quite well (particularly the ones where it is just picture no letters, she seems to find this much easier as she doesn’t get all those mixed messages from the letters). She likes repeating lessons and if I am not there at the beginning of the lesson she is prone to do the same one a few times which may mean she can then guess or at least learn the story, nevertheless she is making progress and the school have finally recognised that we are making significant headway where they could not. I sit with her most of the time whilst she does her easyread.
