Just thought I’d give you an update as we have had some great news…
Last year, for reading and spelling Lily was tested and came out as not having a reading age. Yesterday however, she came out with a reading age of 5 years 2 months, meaning she is now 10 months behind her peers.
The school SENCO has said that due to the progress she has made so far and with the Easyread programme in place, Lily will have caught up with her peers in the next couple of months. The amazing news is that her spelling age is 6 years and 7 months. Lily was 6 on 27th Feb so she has done really well. The school are as delighted as are we. Thank you AGAIN for all your support.
