QUESTION 2) Could you tell us a few things that you have liked about the course so far?

1. Ryan has enjoyed the course from day 1. We don’t have any problems getting him to do his Easy Read, which we thought we might have.

2. I like the way that we are taught to praise the child’s efforts continuously so when there is a mistake it’s not a big deal. I think that has been very helpful not just in easy read, but when he is reading outside of easy read.

3. Reading aloud for Ryan wasn’t something that he was keen to do before Easy Read. Now when I encourage him to read aloud, he does so without any fuss. He is more confident in doing so.

4. The short sessions are very good – he never gets bored or sees it as a chore.

Sophi has made so much growth since we’ve started the program. She is now reading at grade level, which we never thought she would be doing. We are so grateful for your program. Thank you so much for creating this program.

Ethan has actually been blazing through the planets book – he’s reading the passages fluently the first time through for almost everything. And he’s doing the decoding sections to figure out words he’s never seen before. We’re even seeing it translate into more independent reading. One morning when he woke up at 5:30 I handed him the library app on my phone and he read three Dav Pilkey books by the time we really woke up!

I am SO excited to share! Levi stopped the book he was currently working on so that he could read Dinosaur Kingdom, the last book on the newly opened 3rd shelf! He absolutely LOVES dinosaurs and was excited to try it. Well, I have to report that he read through the entire first part perfectly already! I am so thrilled and so proud and he is too! He actually agreed, and wanted me to, video him reading it so that I could send it to my husband. Levi also asked me to send it to you! Do you have an email that I can forward him reading the passage? He said he can\’t wait to hear what you think! I am so proud!!

I wanted to share how much progress Jillian has made over these past few months.

We just met with her teacher and she is doing exceptionally well compared to her previous reading progress. She was literally stuck in place before beginning Easy Read, despite research-based special education interventions at her elementary school.

I love this program for him. I plan on continuing since it works so well for him. He is a visual learner and this just works for his style of learning. So happy we found this program.

If I had a magic wand and could require every child everywhere to do easyread as a curricular expectation until they were reading well, I would. The decoding concept is really working for Pavak, and we’re thrilled.

After trying so many other programs and tutors, Easy Read System has been a blessing. Her reading has greatly improved as has her confidence.

She went from reading kindergartener level at the end of 2nd grade to 3rd grade level in 3rd 10 months. She went from crying and refusing to read to actually reading on her own.

She even tries to spell now, which she just refused to do before.

The speed at which he learned to read using the programme was impressive, also the fact that you seem to monitor what goes on. Response to concerns or queries are excellent and the staff are amazing.

Archie was particularly gutted he didn’t get to see David Morgan on the zoom lessons as he loves his voice.

Archie has gained so much confidence in general since learning to read. He loves books now and is reading the tree house series and is on the 4th book. he laughs while reading the funny bits and can retain the whole story (which is more than I can do I can’t remember the recipes)

Dracen is doing very well and we’re so excited to see him randomly attempting words outside of the program. He memorized an amazing number of books very young and it was a challenge to get him to move from guessing words but he is always decoding now or he knows it (smaller words).

Just to let you know that Sophia has been consistently getting 10/10 in her spelling tests for the last 5 weeks in a row. This is a huge improvement on her scores from last year before Easyread.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to share some BIG news! Grace’s teacher just called to let us know that they recently finished their winter testing. The school normally tests in fall, winter, and spring for growth. Grace took her fall test a few days before we signed up for Easy Read. A normal fall to winter improvement for this test is around four to five points, Grace’s score increased 36 points over her fall test!

I have amazing news for you today! Jaxson has come so far and is doing so well with reading I don’t think he needs to continue with easy read anymore! He is reading books we couldn’t even imagine him reading right now! The things you have done to help my little boy read have been amazing and has helped to get him to where he is today! I can’t THANK YOU enough for all your help! You truly are amazing and my family will continue to spread the amazing word about easy read!

In September she was barely reading at all.
I am estimating that she was able to read maybe 40 words. After almost 70 lessons, she is able to:

-Read small books (grade 1 level).
-Read a small text and `write down` the answers to all the questions.
-Read her homework questions !
-Construct small sentences (with some spelling mistakes).
