Harry is still enjoying Easyread. He has his favourite games and there is only one he doesn’t like which is mushroom picker. This is because it is easy to make mistakes even when you have read the word correctly. Harry takes a long time to decode the characters...

Tates spelling has improved from 9yr8mths to 11yrs in the time we have been using easyread, approx one term. During this time we have also used another book recommended by the Literacy Resource Teacher. – Denise

On a VERY positive note: When Cal was 8 or 9 he completed the DDAT course which helped with his reading a lot but, as he’s grown up he seems to have fallen behind with his reading again. This was highlighted when he took a Critical Thinking AS level at age 15....
