Effective, stress-free program
This program has been a tremendous help for Josephine and we look forward to continuing on. I am so proud of her and hope that all of you at Easyread are proud of yourselves for developing such an effective stress-free program.
Improved a lot with her reading
She has improved a lot with her reading and is now trying to read more things on her own.
Tools for success for his entire life
Cameron has thoroughly enjoyed Easyread, for the most part. I feel it has given him tools for success that will be used throughout his entire life to help him read and understand. There are so many facets to the program which go above and beyond just phonics, like eye tracking, reaction time training, and a lot of the games are very helpful towards fine motor skills training. Apart from the once in a while mis-charactered dialectical mistakes, I don’t really have any critique of the program. I have recommended you to many people and really cannot get enough of how helpful Easyread has been for Cameron.
Increased phonics score by 50% in 10 weeks
Eloise had her school report yesterday and against everything school had said at parents evening in March Eloise passed the phonics screening test ( granted by one mark) but she achieved what they thought was impossible and increased her phonic score by 50% in about 10 weeks. We started easy read about 10 days after the parents evening!
Attitude about reading improved already
Thank you so much. Even in only 10 lessons Darian’s attitude about reading has improved. I look forward to continuing the lessons. Have a great day.
Thanks to the whole Easyread team
thanks so much i think i might stop for the summer and start another time like the next year thank so much to the whole easy read team it really helped alot.
Excellent improvements
Charlie received his prize yesterday. The first for a long time, however it still meant a lot to him. He has grown up a lot since we started with your system, he no longer thinks that David is personally listening in on every lesson!! For a long time he rejected the lessons, but has come back and is motivated to do them. The short games hold his attention and are active enough to keep him sitting down rather than jumping up to attend to something that catches his eye.
This is a quick note to thank you for holding this account open for him and the changes you have made to the overall system, I really appreciate being able to see his grades and history and am working my way through the training videos. These are excellent improvements, well done.

Much improved reading!
Had a meeting with Alex’s teacher and SpLd tutor recently. They are very pleased with his much improved reading but concerned about his spelling. I advised them again that we are using EasyRead and on this occasion it was actually recorded. I told them that I couldn’t praise EasyRead enough, so hopefully, they may look into using you for other children who have problems.
Easyread experience has been great
The Easyread experience has been great- and he has improved significantly with his reading. Thank you again for all your support during the course of the programme.
Result!
We didn’t get the chance to do Easyread today as the girls had an inset day and I took them to Legoland. We sat on the train ride and while we were waiting, S read the sign with all the do’s and don’ts by herself – result!
More confident reader now!
We feel Aidyn has come along way in almost two months, and has achieved what we had hoped, he’s a more confident reader and his tutor has even said he does not need to continue his tutoring any further either.
Heading into secondary school next year we are trying to get him into the habit of being more independent with his reading by getting more into novels.
We are very grateful for all your help and constant contact with us, we will be sure to recommend Easyread to others.
She is automatically decoding now!
With regards to the programme so far, S is still enjoying it and doesn’t complain about doing Easyread at all which is a very good start. I think being on the computer is a big attraction for her and she has now got into a rhythm with reading the text and doing the games, so I don’t have to ask her to reread the text, she does it automatically. She is also automatically decoding, even when she knows the word and I have checked with her that she is reading the text and not the pictures, and believe that she is because she will often get the initial sound wrong on certain words such as ode (saying odd first) before looking at the picture and correcting herself. So her speed at reading has also noticeably picked up. Instead of saying “I don’t know it” or “I can’t do it” etc she is now just trying and doing really well with it.
His reading age is up
He does seem to be doing well – his reading age is up at school although they have also been doing work with him -think we have been more consistent though !
He says his favourite fact re Egyptians is that they also mummified their cats .
Case Study: 19-year-old autistic non reader…
Before Easyread
Liam was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and learning difficulties at 4 years old. He was in a special education setting for years until he left school at age 18 without being able to read anything except his own name. His mother tried many other reading programmes like Toe by Toe — and the school also struggled to teach Liam in a way that appealed to him.
During Easyread
Liam started off very well with Easyread. He was committed to doing the programme every day and was pleased to see himself improve. Some of the Easyread reward gifts were geared towards younger kids, but he realised that the course was not designed for people his age. During his time on the course, he read his first whole book at age 19!
After Easyread
Liam turns 20 this year, and having finished Easyread is now getting into his first adult fiction book – A Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. For the first time, his mum feels confident that Liam will go from strength to strength!
I really love Easyread
Thank you. I really love easy read and I should say thank you for helping me so much.
Found a book by the side of her bed!
Her reading seems to be leaps and bounds better than ever before. She is sailing through the Ungar story. Her confidence is building too.
On a side note, this week, on two occasions, I have found a book by the side of Anna’s bed in the morning, meaning she actually picked up a book and did some reading after tucking her in!! Okay – I must admit one was a recipe in an American Girl book on how to make sugar crystal candy, but today’s was an easy chapter book, but her bookmark was on Chapter 2!!! She has never taken the action to read independently before.
Couldn't be happier with the results
We feel the Easyread program and Hayden have reached their goals. This program has helped our son greatly and his success is due to his hard work and this program. When we researched different programs and assistance with reading, this program matched our son on every level, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We now feel its time to end our time with the program but it comes highly recommend to all in need. thank you again for your help.
Great success over last 6 months
His reading has come along with great success over the last 6 months which has helped him in all areas.
Wonderful evaluation from her reading support teacher
She received a wonderful evaluation from her reading support teacher and is much more confident in her reading skills. We are really proud of her and thank Easyread for all the help getting her to this point.
It’s made reading fun. Thanks!
He read 184 pages yesterday…
He read 184 pages yesterday of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and LOVED every minute of it. We got him a Kindle for his birthday and he thinks its the best present ever. What an amazing win. We are so grateful.
Great results!!! Well done Easy Read and thank you so much!
Scored 7 months above his age!
He is doing very well with his reading. At a recent reading test in school he scored 8 years 4 months which is 7 months above his chronological age!!! On his spelling he came up as 7 years 2 months, which although behind his chronological age is still 14 months of progress since his test last year. So thank you for your help so far and thank you for the new format we are enjoying it.
I love it
I love it bekos its very good
Amazing, unrivalled progress
We have seen amazing progress throughout the course of Easyread with C, and I can’t think of any other method which has shown us the progress we’ve seen in him in the four months he has homeschooled. As you know, we started C with Easyread on 22 October, and today is 31 May – we took him out of his private school on 30 January, and these four months have been completely fantastic in terms of his progress, and much of that progress is from Easyread, no doubt! He loves the games, he is challenged appropriately by the text, and I’m confident based on grade-level reading lists that he is reading at grade level instead of reading at mid-Kindergarten level or lower when we took him out of private school! I’m confident that C has learned decoding tools from Easyread’s methods, tools which he will be able to draw upon throughout his entire life as he is exposed to more advanced reading material. I’m much more confident that we can mitigate the challenges associated with his dyslexia in a better, more favorable way – favorable to his self-esteem and favorable to his overall learning progress. I feel like he is being challenged at this point by Easyread to really expand upon his reading ability – he’s reading and decoding (never truly guessing!) 10 and 12 letter words. This is amazing to us, to have seen him at the beginning of this dyslexia diagnosis in October and to see him read now. Slow, but steady! And not afraid.
Teacher commented on reading improvement
Erin is doing very well, and still enjoying the Easyread programme. I know you said reading would only improve by round about lesson 60, but there are definite signs of improvement already. Her teacher commented that her reading has improved significantly.
